Independent Contracting
All services rendered under Anelitics are provided by Illia Chykurov (Eliasz Czykurow) as a private individual and sole trader, operating independently of employment at Motorola Solutions, Inc. Freelance activities are conducted entirely outside of standard employment hours.
Resource & IP Separation
No proprietary assets, confidential information, hardware, or intellectual property of Motorola Solutions are utilized for Anelitics consulting services.
Strict Scope Exclusions & Ethics Policy
To prevent conflicts of interest and maintain ethical standards, Anelitics does NOT accept projects or provide consulting services for the following categories:
Employer Competitors
Direct or indirect competitors of Motorola Solutions, Inc., including critical communications, public safety technology, land mobile radio, or related mission-critical enterprise systems.
Gambling / iGaming
Online gambling platforms, sports betting, casino operators, or any iGaming services.
Cryptocurrency / Web3
Cryptocurrency exchanges, ICOs, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, forex trading, or high-risk speculative financial services.
Adult / Erotic Content
Adult entertainment, erotic content platforms, or related services.
